1. Accepting these terms
By installing or using YAP, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16, or meet the higher minimum age required where you live. HAOS Games is the public developer brand; the verified legal developer is shown in the Google Play listing and purchase receipt.
2. Personal-use license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use YAP for personal entertainment. You may not resell, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, modify or commercially redistribute the app or its protected content except where applicable law expressly allows it.
3. Party safety and conduct
Players control what they say and do during a session. Do not use YAP to harass, endanger, humiliate or pressure anyone. Keep the phone secure, respect personal boundaries, do not throw the device, and never play while driving. Mature categories should only be used with an appropriate, consenting group.
4. Free YAP and YAP+
Free players receive a playable selection of games and content. Some additional games or sessions may be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad, and limited interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks. Availability can change as the catalogue evolves.
YAP+ unlocks the full supported catalogue, every gameplay mode, expanded categories, deeper prompt decks, recurring HAOS Drops and an ad-free YAP gameplay experience. Specific games and packs may change as we improve quality, but we aim to preserve the overall value of the membership.
5. Prices, trial and renewal
The planned US prices are $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. The annual plan may include a seven-day free trial for eligible new members. A trial becomes a paid annual subscription unless cancelled through Google Play before it ends. Both plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Google Play shows the final local price, tax, currency, eligibility, billing date and offer terms before purchase. Store pricing may differ by country and may change in the future. Deleting YAP does not cancel a subscription.
6. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel YAP+ in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Use Restore Purchases in YAP after reinstalling or changing devices while signed in to the same Google account. Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable consumer law.
7. Content updates and availability
We may rebalance, improve, add or remove prompts, categories, games and features. HAOS Drops are a recurring content programme, not a promise of a fixed item count or release date. Online services and third-party integrations may occasionally be unavailable. Core local gameplay is designed to remain useful offline, subject to periodic entitlement checks.
8. Intellectual property
The HAOS Games and YAP names, visual identity, software, original illustrations, copy and curated content are owned by or licensed to the publisher. General party-game ideas are not claimed as exclusive, but the app's specific expression, code, assets and content are protected.
9. Disclaimers and liability
YAP is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage caused by unsafe handling of a device, or conduct between players. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
