How do I restore YAP+?
Open the YAP+ screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase.
How do I cancel a trial or subscription?
Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Deleting YAP does not cancel YAP+.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Rewarded ads need consent, an internet connection and available ad inventory. If one cannot load, wait briefly and try again.
Where are player profiles stored?
Player names, avatars and statistics stay in YAP's app storage on your phone. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove them.
Can I play offline?
Core local games are built for offline play. Ads, purchases, restoration and occasional entitlement checks require internet access.
What should a useful bug report include?
Send the game, phone model, Android version, YAP version, language, what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot or short recording helps.
Purchases and refunds
Billing is handled by Google Play. For missing access, use Restore Purchases first. For refunds, use Google Play's purchase support and keep your order number. HAOS Games will never ask for your full card number, Google password or raw purchase token.
Privacy and local data
Read the Privacy Policy for complete data choices. YAP has no player accounts, so most party data can be removed directly from the device. A server-data request may require a Google Play order number so a purchase can be found without knowing your in-game identity.
Help us reproduce a bug
Before writing, try the same round once more and note the exact route: game name, mode, player count, language, screen orientation, and the last button pressed. Do not include real player names if a generic name can demonstrate the issue.
